Yep, that's officially me. I turned one year older last week. So why do I still feel like I'm one of the Young Women??
It's no fun to get older, but it helps alleviate the pain when you get to spend the day with your 6 favorite people in the whole wide world (Dave & the kids...plus a few others too), have 4 different b-day lunches, you get lots of nice notes from your family and from cyberspace friends on facebook (even when you're a horrible facebook person...I signed up right before Christmas and have looked at it maybe a handful of times...sorry fb friends...), get lots of nice phone calls, get sent a gorgeous bouquet of roses from your sweetest friend ever: (thanks so much Mo)
And another beautiful bouquet from your husband (and you get to go get a massage with him too)....and you can't go wrong when you get a humongous chocolate chip cookie from Paradise Bakery. And I can't forget the sweetest ever notes from my kids with coupons for back rubs and foot rubs, and a trail of markers leading to presents...
I am so spoiled. Thanks everyone for making it such a great day.
